Our products are built to last, but in the rare event that something goes wrong, we're here to help. All Aquor Hydrants and valves come with a limited lifetime warranty and customer support. All other Aquor products and parts are covered by a 5-year limited warranty*

Warranty Types

Limited lifetime warranty 

All Aquor Hydrants and valves are covered from the date of purchase, covering defects in design, manufacturing workmanship, assembly and material.

5-year limited warranty

All other products and parts are covered from the date of purchase, covering defects in design, manufacturing workmanship, assembly, and material.

What We Cover

​​If an Aquor product is used in the way it's intended and breaks down within the specified warranty period, we will help you diagnose and fix the problem.

After completing initial troubleshooting with our service experts, we will offer the following options:

Replacement Parts 
  • Includes o-rings and other select parts that can be used to replace or repair the identified problem.

Product Diagnosis

  • Our products are built to last. But in the rare event that something goes wrong, we'll collect and diagnose your product free of charge.
Replacements
  • If we cannot provide parts for your product, or if you prefer a new one, we’ll replace it.

 

What We DO NOT Cover

There are some circumstances in which Aquor's warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of a product.

  • Damage caused by the owner modifying or altering the products
  • Normal wear and tear such as scuffs, scratches, stains, etc. Learn how to care for your stainless steel products here.
  • Damage caused by faulty installation 
  • Damage caused by faulty use not compliant with our recommended specifications
  • Damage from external sources or failures caused by circumstances outside of Aquor’s control, such as weather or existing faulty plumbing
  • Loss during shipment to the customer
  • Used or second-hand products or parts
  • Products or parts purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
  • The cost of labor involved with the installation of products or parts
  • Costs, damages, or repairs incurred as a result of, due to, or from:
    • Negligent use, misuse, neglect, or careless operation of the product
    • Use of the product not in accordance with its product specs and installation recommendations
    • Use of an Aquor product for anything other than normal domestic household purposes in the country in which it was purchased
    • Use of parts not assembled or installed under the instructions of Aquor
    • Use of parts and accessories which are not genuine Aquor components.
    • Faulty assembly or installation
    • Repairs or alterations carried out by third parties

 

Warranty Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions of the Aquor Water Systems warranty are as follows:

  • Aquor Water Systems’s warranty policy covers both domestic and international customers.
  • Products purchased from aquorwatersystems.com and authorized retailers are eligible for warranty.
  • The warranty becomes effective at the date of purchase. Please retain your proof of purchase. If you do not have your proof of purchase, your warranty will start 90 days after the date of manufacture, according to Aquor’s records.
  • All work will be carried out by Aquor Water Systems or its authorized agents.
  • Any parts that are replaced will become the property of Aquor Water Systems.
  • The repair or replacement of your product under warranty will not extend the period of the warranty; however, your warranty will be extended for any time your product is being repaired or retained for work being performed under the warranty.
  • The warranty provides benefits that are additional to and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
  • Intentional cosmetic decoration or modification that may impact a product’s resale, refurbishment, restoration, or usability (i.e., custom painting or coating) may void the terms of your product’s warranty and the Aquor return policy.
  • This warranty is exclusive. No employees, third parties, or other persons are authorized to alter this warranty or offer a different warranty on behalf of Aquor Water Systems.
