Its a long way from PT to New Zealand. Thanks to youtube and yachties out there using great products and validating them in action products such as Aquor become the go to for quality and reliability. The ease of ordering, speed of dispatch and safe arrival of the gear has been appreciated :).
This is a high quality product. As a contractor I like to install the best material possible if the customer can afford the minor upgrade. Reduces call backs and ensures a satisfied customer. The design is clean and defiantly water tight to avoid any issues with weather. There are plenty of size options to pick from as well which is an added plus. From ordering to doorstep it took 8 days total.
The mounting box kit includes all hardware, durable screws, and a very nice matte black finish. Everything is durable, sturdy and square...Definitly built with quality! I highly recommend if you are doing new construction, allows ease for exterior contractors to mount directly to the box, and allows you to install the hose bib before siding goes on without having to rework anything installed.
Relatively easy to install and everything is working well. The holes for our old house bibs were about 3" from the ground, so the plug in design works so much better for us. It's a bit expensive but all of the products feel well made. I would purchase from Aquor again if I ever decide to add another hydrant.
My connector started to leak. I emailed customer service and within a week they replaced the connector free of charge, no questions asked. That's service!
