Finally upgraded my regular hose (that was constantly a mess) with this retractable reel. It's saved me time and frustration, planning to get another for the front yard.

This is a high quality product. As a contractor I like to install the best material possible if the customer can afford the minor upgrade. Reduces call backs and ensures a satisfied customer. The design is clean and defiantly water tight to avoid any issues with weather. There are plenty of size options to pick from as well which is an added plus. From ordering to doorstep it took 8 days total.
