At Aquor Water Systems, Inc. (“Aquor”), we take your personal privacy very seriously and recognize that you expect privacy and security for all of your personal information. By accessing the Site, registering with Aquor, creating a user profile on our Site, or otherwise submitting information to Aquor, you consent to this Privacy Policy and the collection and use of information as described below. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, you may not be able to access or benefit from certain portions of the Site or our services.

Please be advised that this Privacy Policy applies to information that we collect:

PAYMENT INFORMATION

To order Aquor’s products through the Site, you will be required to provide financial information including your credit card account number and expiration date. All payments are processed through Stripe. Aquor does not collect or maintain any such payment information. When you provide payment information on the Site, the information will be automatically transmitted to Stripe’s system. All payment information and transactions are subject to Stripe’s privacy policy and other terms.

CHILDREN UNDER AGE 13

Aquor products and the Site are intended for use by adults. As such, the Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 16 may provide any personal information to or on the Site, without the express written permission of that person’s parent or legal guardian. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on the Site, make any purchases through the Site, use any of the interactive or public comment features of the Site or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or user name. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information. INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE

We may use website analytics tools or other technologies to collect information about you from your use of this Site. This information may be combined with other information that you choose to submit to us. This information may also be merged into aggregate information about site visitors and traffic. We may use third-party analytics tools to distinguish and analyze user behavior.

LOG FILES

We collect anonymous and technical information from your computer, including your Internet Protocol address, data about your computer or other device, the type of browser or operating system your device uses, the programs, services, and version of software you use, and the address of any linking site, when you request a web page while visiting the Site. Third-party vendors that provide support to us (“Service Providers”) may also have access to your personal information while they are carrying out these services. However, we require all Service Providers to maintain confidentiality standards that are commercially reasonable and comparable to those of Aquor. Our Service Providers will not be allowed to sell or disclose your information to any other third parties without your consent.

We allow some Service Providers to assist us with behavioral advertising by collecting and analyzing certain information when you visit our websites (e.g., click stream information, browser type, time and date, subject clicked or scrolled over). These Service Providers typically use a cookie or third party web beacon to collect this information. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

Aquor does not share, sell, rent, or transfer your Personal Information to any business that is not a Service Provider.

Aquor does not transfer any contact information to other marketers and will honor your requests to not be contacted by us. We may also disclose your information to unaffiliated companies/vendors where necessary to and for the limited purpose of processing your request, processing a transaction authorized by you, or providing you with products or services.

We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. In addition, we may disclose Personal Information:

It is Aquor’s policy to treat your Personal Information confidentially. OPT OUT OF MARKETING

CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Site that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS

Do Not Track is a privacy preference that users can set in their web browsers. When a user turns on the Do Not Track signal, the browser sends a message to websites requesting them not to track the user. For information about Do Not Track, visit www.allaboutdnt.org. At this time, Aquor does not respond to Do Not Track browser settings or signals. In addition, Aquor may use other technology that is standard to the internet to track visitors to the Site. Those tools may be used by us and by third parties to collect information about you and your internet activity, even if you have turned on the Do Not Track signal.

UNAUTHORIZED USE
